They are marked Hunt and his brand a joined 7 and H on the back of the buckles. David is a well-known bit and spur maker and has been building for over a decade. David is among the select group of spur makers to provide spurs for the Texas Style Bit and Spur Makers Association Woman’s Protective Services auction along with other top makers. The buckles are steel with a dark iron finish and are mounted with engraved nickel silver. There is engraving in the steel between the mountings. The buckle bar depth is ¼” so these would work best on ¼” thick leather.
