2006 Dun Roan Gelding

15.1 hands    1100 lbs

Ranger is a true blue finished ranch horse, he has done every job there is to do on our place and does them all in a quiet level headed way.  We have owned this handy sized gelding for the last two years.  He stays broke no matter if you ride him every day or once a month.  Ranger has been our 7 year olds main ranch horse, together they have led a pack string in the mountains, moved cows for many miles and won his first all-around saddle at a local horse show.    He is our pick to rope a yearling in the pasture and to drag calves in the branding pen.  Ranger has also been hauled to local horse shows/rodeos, elk hunting in Montana and ranch rodeos.  He is the horse that you can stick anyone on and he will take care of them but is still handy enough for the experienced rancher to get a job done.
