The ranch is meticulously manicured and maintained year round as the owners frequent the ranch for hunting and general recreation. The ranch requires constant monitoring of the fences, water systems, farm fields and wildlife. While the primary focuses of the ranch are heritage and aesthetics, this job requires a focused individual who can manage a crew to maintain the property with integrity, high standards and compassion. The purpose of this ranch management position is to oversee the complete management of the ranch including but not limited to: • All aspects from planting to the marketing and selling of crops • Monitoring and maintaining pivot irrigation system • Heavy equipment operation/maintenance • Vehicle maintenance and upkeep • Supervising a crew of full time ranch employees • Range management and monitoring • Road maintenance • Fence maintenance • Wildlife scouting and management • Family/Guest Relations • Supervision of equipment operation and maintenance • Oversee road and dirt tank building • Water systems and maintenance • Book keeping and reporting of all ranch expense Prerequisites: The owner of this property has put this ranch together to provide a pristine, clean and neat ranching experience. The ranch is kept in immaculate shape and will expect to be kept in this shape under new management. All of the equipment needed to take care of this ranch is in place and in great shape.
