Description:
This is a new handmade bit made by Don Pierce. It is marked PIERCE and his trademark longhorn. Don is a bit and spur maker from Golden, Colorado. He is listed in Old Cowboy Saddles & Spurs by Gretchen & Mike Graham. Don learned bit and spur making from Gene Rogers in Golden, Colorado. Don has been making bits and spurs since 2001. The bit is steel and is mounted with engraved nickel silver. It has a low rounded port. The rein chains are stainless. This would be a nice bit to use or to add to a collection.
