Description:
Corona is a big gorgeous gelding that stands a full 16 hands. He has good bone and foot under him. He’s really broke and fun to ride. He’s a beautiful mover and floats across the ground. He is soft and supple in the face, has a nice head carriage, has a lot of bend and flex, picks up his leads, lopes nice circles, two tracks, will move his hips and his shoulders and side passes.

We’ve got him started as a head horse and he’s coming along quickly. We’ve also been steer stopping on him. He’s super easy to train and always has a willing mind and great work ethic. He sits quiet in the box, leaves flat, runs right to the hip, rates good and is starting to have a really good move across the pen. He will finish out to make a horse for a high number roper.

He’s trained on the barrels and is ready to start being hauled and exhibitioned. He’s great in new places with the limited hauling he’s had. He has tons of speed and is ate up with talent. He has the ability to go on and make an open horse.

This would be an excellent horse for a serious rodeo competitor that wants to rope or run barrels or both. He has a huge future in front of him and the sky is the limit.

He’s been used outside to gather and pen cattle, prowl pastures looking for strays, move cattle from pasture to pasture, load trucks and check fences. He’s also really good if you want to just go out on a nice quiet trail ride. He’s confident and content to ride out alone or go with a group of your friends to ride.

We’ve had this for well over a year and we kept him around because I absolutely love him. I will not sell him unless I feel like he’s getting the absolute best home with someone that will love him as I do. He’s everyones barn favorite because he is so uncomplicated to work with. He never gives a moments trouble with anything. He stands for the farrier, ties, clips, bathes, loads and hauls.
