The straps were made by Slim Stevenson. Slim is a long time cowboy who day works on various ranches around the Clarendon, Texas area. He is a real cowboy building saddles and tack when he is not cowboying. The straps are marked STEVENSON, S Bar, and Clarendon, Texas. They are made of heavy skirting leather and have a geometric stamp pattern. The buckles were made by Texas bit and spur maker Robert Evans. David is a long time Texas bit and spur maker from the Panhandle of Texas. The buckles are steel and are mounted with engraved nickel silver. They are attached to the straps with chicago screws.
