Ranch/House manager needed for 20-acre ranch in TX with horses.



Responsibilities include general ranch duties such as manual labor, mowing, lawn, garden, errands and ranch maintenance, fencing repair, welding, cooking family style meals a plus, etc. Owner needs assistance in supervision and transportation of 2 children (12,14) when owner works.



Equestrian experience required. Equestrian duties include general equine care, riding weekly of 3-5 horses, daily cleaning and maintaining stalls, feeding and watering horses, transport of horses. Cleaning and preparation of horse trailer. Daily care of other animals on the property (2 dogs, barn cats, chickens, one cow).



Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Applicant must pass driving record, background check and drug test, non smoking, no alcohol. Christian family minded ranch in quiet safe area. References required. Two bedroom brick home on site for qualified applicant and additional salary. Individual or couple.
