Rare Bohlin bit!! I have seen a few Bohlin bits over the years, but never this pattern. Loose cheek bit with half breed mouth, full sterling overlay, old Bohlin mark "BOHLINMADE CALIF. HOLLYWOOD STAINLESS STEEL STERLING", 7 1/2" cheeks, 5" mouth. Ed Bohlin was known as the maker for the stars. He outfitted Hollywood with silver saddles, spurs, buckles. His works are still some of the most sought after in the western genre. Each diamond concho has a small dent in one corner. Original lip chains.
