Description:
SOLD******This is a new handmade solid shank curb bit made by bit and spur maker Dan McCloy from Fort Sumner, New Mexico. The bit is marked McCloy, Ft Sumner, and numbered 123. Dan has been building for around twelve years and moved from Dalhart, Texas to Fort Sumner in 2007. Dan lives on a ranch and is a part time bit and spur maker and also day works. Dan does really nice work. This bit is polished steel and is mounted with nickel silver flowers and leaves with a copper dot in the center of the flower. It has a ported mouth piece with inlaid copper stripes on the back of the port. This would be a nice bit to add to a collection or to use.

Measurements: Cheek Pieces 7 ⅛”, Mouth 5”, Port Height 1 ½”, Bars Diameter a little less than ½”. $295.00 includes shipping to the lower 48. Please view my other listings.
