Perfect Winter weather, a bit HOT in the summer. Some knowledge of horses a must! Very nice furnished 2 bdrm Apt in exchange for: Feeding, turn-out of horses, & grounds maintenance (including some mowing). We are on 5 irrigated, secluded acres. Lots of trees.
