This is a pair of steel oxbow stirrups that were mounted by bit and spur maker Stephen White from Plainview, Texas. They are mounted with ten pieces of nickel silver. The outside flat and the inside is rounded.

Measurements: Neck 3”, Inside Width 5 ⅛”, Inside Height (from bottom of neck to top of tread) 5 ¼”, Tread a little less than 1”, Weight of Both Stirrups 2 pounds 12.3 ounces
