It is marked Hunt and his brand and the number 225 on the port. David is a well-known bit and spur maker and has been building for over a decade. David is among the select group of spur makers to provide spurs for the Texas Style Bit and Spur Makers Association Woman’s Protective Services auction along with other top makers. The bit is steel with a gray iron finish and is mounted with nickel silver with copper in the center of the flowers. It has a flattened rounded port mouth piece. This would be a nice bit to use. Measurements: Mouth Piece (between cheeks) 5 ½”, Cheek Pieces 6”, Bars Diameter 7/16”, Port Height 1 ½”, Bit Weight 14.6 ounces Payment: We accept credit cards over the phone, PayPal, cashier’s check, check, or money order as payment.
