Description:
SOLD****Gently used if used at all one of a kind bit by the late Roy Robinson of Montrose, Colorado / Bryan, Texas. Its style, both shanks and mouth, is much more “Vaquero” influenced than the typical “Texas” style Roy was noted for. The copper hood that covers the copper cricket, that really “crickets”, aids in pacifying the nervous horse plus creating saliva for a soft mouth. Thirty-eight inlayed silver stripes create a very eye catching bit. Maker marked ROY 6 90 inside the left cheek. The loose S shanks measure 7”, the mouth 5 1/8”. $575.00 includes shipping to the lower 48. Please view my other listings.
