We absolutely love the ranch life and hope we can keep at it many more years. Our ideal place would be where our experience and versatility will be utilized. What we have to offer is a lifetime of ranching and farm experience. We have been around the block enough that we know how to prioritize and manage time. We are also very versatile and can handle any task put in front of us. HIS: I have spent my life getting myself in a position to be able to go in to any operation and have the know how and ability to do any job that needs done. * Class A CDL with tanker endorsement. I have also hauled alot of cattle. *RANCHING: Cow/calf, calving, doctoring, branding, pasture management, feedlot, backgrounding, and can spot and treat sick critters. Have built and repaired alot of fence. --Also have experience working buffalo and raising exotics. *HORSES: I love riding as much as the next guy, but I also realize a horse isn’t always the best option. *EQUIPMENT: I can operate about any kind of equipment including skid steers, loaders, backhoes, dozers, spray rigs, and pretty much any kind of tractor. *HAYING: I custom hayed for several years, and have used about any kind of haying equipment out there. *GENERAL: I can weld, fabricate, and mechanic. I know how to keep a place running and looking good, and realize yard work and building maintenance is part of it. HERS: I have spent a good part of my life in and around ranching in one form or another. I have always enjoyed working with cattle and horses. I’m willing to jump in and help where ever it’s needed. *RANCHING: cow/calf, doctoring, branding, feedlot, riding pens, processing, can spot and treat sick critters. Have built and fixed alot of fence. --also have experience working buffalo and raising exotics. *HORSES: I have been around horses all my life. I start my own colts, and don’t mind riding good-minded, young horses. I don’t have to be horseback all the time and don’t get offended if I have to be afoot or on a 4-wheeler. *EQUIPMENT: I have helped do some haying. I can operate some equipment including skidsteers, forklifts, loaders, and some tractors. My tractor knowledge is limited, but I am a quick learner and game to try anything. *No CDL.. BUT, I can pull any trailer and put them about anywhere. *GENERAL: I am pretty handy with most hand tools, not afraid to get my hands dirty, and will tackle about any job. -I also have some office management, a little accounting experience, as well as computer literate. OUR REQUIREMENTS: -We do have 4 good horses that we have spent alot of time on and can do absolutely anything when it comes to cattle-- and 2 dogs. So they would be part of the deal. (we can talk) -Salary is negotiable depending on if you are hiring one or both of us. -We would need a house. An apartment isn’t going to work for us. -Insurance, 401K, beef--all that would be great, but we are also realistic... ---Now, as for area.... We would really prefer eastern Colorado.. BUT, will consider other areas with an arid climate. **We have resumes and excellent references, clean MVRs, no drug issues, no smoking, clean background checks as well.
