Robert is a long time bit and spur maker originally from Amarillo, Texas. The back of the buckle is marked Evans. It is steel mounted with engraved nickel silver with copper card suits in the corners. The buckle is attached to the headstall with latigo lace leather. The headstall is made out of skirting leather and has a basket stamp pattern. It is lined and stitched. It has straight bit ends and the bit attaches with latigo tie strings. It was made by Trey Mitchell from Tishomingo, OK. It is maker marked with his maker stamp. This would be a nice headstall to use.
