Description:
Seeking a self-motivated individual to be a part of the Feeding/Mill team at our South Feedlot, located in Broken Bow, NE. This is a great opportunity for a punctual and responsible individual who enjoys operating equipment.



This person is responsible for:

• Operating the pay loader and feed trucks in a safe manner.

• Performing basic preventative maintenance, including replacing bits and changing oils and filters.

• Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques.

• Distributing the feed directly to a feed truck with accuracy.



Ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

• Mechanical interest and aptitude is beneficial.

• Commitment to safety and quality culture.

• Ability to use analytical techniques for problem solving, coordination, and decision making.

• High attention to detail.

• Driven, organized, and punctual.

• Individual must be team oriented.
