2001 Exiss 4 horse with a 10’ living quarters. Good trailer needs a little work in the LQ due to not being used for a while. Otherwise in good shape for its age. It has dual electric jacks, dual propane bottles, with compartment for batteries, and brand new spare tire. LQ has a big bathroom with 4 large closet/cabinets, 2 small cabinets, toilet, and a large shower with a walk in door to the back of the trailer. It has a table that turns into a bed, stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator, freezer, radio, tv cabinet, and lots of cabinets for storage. Outside ac unit and a furnace. It has a big manger for more storage with 2 doors and an awning. 4 saddle racks with blanket hangers and bridle hooks. Inside there is more bridle hooks in the front compartment with a stud gate. The next 3 compartments are split up by regular divider and a butt bar. On the back of the trailer are light switches for interior and exterior. Tires are in ok shape.
