Description:
Opportunity for a highly motivated and disciplined individual to assist with all aspects of production farming.



This person is responsible for:

-All aspects of production farming including: seed bed preparation and seed placement, cultivation, irrigation, harvest, fall tillage, seeding, and field maintenance.

-Assist in the maintenance of machinery and equipment.



Ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

-Previous farming experience.

-Ability to use analytical techniques for problem solving, coordination, and decision making.

-Driven, organized, action-orientated, analytical, and ability to multi-task.

-High attention to detail.

-Individual must be team-oriented.

-Proven professional communication, presentation, persuasion, and customer service skills.



This position requires:

-Physical screening and evaluation.

-Drug and alcohol testing.

-Valid Driver’s License.
