Most of the cattle work we do is on horseback due to terrain. The ideal individual(s) will be hard working, honest, reliable, possess a positive attitude and have pride in their work. They must be self motivated and be able to work well individually or with others. This is a highly physical position, not a management position, and will require able bodied individuals. These positions will report to the ranch managers and work hand in hand with other ranch employees on a daily basis. They will be expected to communicate effectively and efficiently with all other employees. This position will be responsible for many phases of ranch maintenance, not just cattle. Having the ability to run/maintain heavy equipment is desireable for this position. Salary plus housing and utilities are provided. This position is allowed to have four (4) personal horses at no cost, if they are used for ranch duties. We are seeking long term candidates, please, serious inquiries only.
