Description:
Year round position will include haying for three to five months in Modoc County, CA and the remainder of the year will be spent in Sonoma County, CA as a farrier’s assistant/apprentice and general ranch hand. Daily work will include irrigating and water management, equipment maintenance, handling horses, assisting with farrier work, exercising horses, cleaning stalls, fence repair, improvements and all other necessary general ranch work. Position includes housing plus salary based on experience. No drugs, no drinking, preferrably no smoking.
