Description:
A small, private ranching operation is looking for a full-time well service tech/ranch hand. Two Rivers Ranch operates a cow-calf operation and livestock well/windmill repair business in the Sandhills near Valentine, NE.



Responsibilities include:



• Diagnostics and repairs on livestock wells

• Maintaining inventory and equipment

• Keeping detailed records of repair jobs

• Building fence

• Herd healthcare and breeding

• Developing and following mob grazing plan

• Monitoring pasture conditions

• Calving

• Operating machinery



Qualifications:



• Must have clean driving record

• Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following training procedures

• Is an independent and highly motivated self-starter

• Dependable and willing to learn

• Welding is preferred

• Previous ranch or well repair experience is preferred, but not required



Pay based on qualifications. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, sick time, 401K, and cafeteria plan. Possible housing. Background check and drug tests are required.
