Description:
Wanted - Ranch hand for Montana ranch. Typical responsibilities will include checking cattle, moving pastures, weaning, processing, shipping, pregging, moving hay, feeding, fencing, and other normal ranch chores. We use horses for our cattle work not 4 wheelers so you will spend quite a bit of time on horseback. We need someone to start colts this fall and work with them through the winter. An indoor riding barn is available for cold weather. Ability to do basic trimming and shoeing is preferred.

Small house and utilities are provided. The housing is shared, so a single person is fine, or we will hire a married couple if both are willing to work on the ranch. We do not have suitable housing on the ranch for a family. No smokers or drinkers, please.
