NORTH TEXAS PRIVATE RANCH, EMAILS ONLY KQWARNER@ME.COM We are in need of an INDIVIDUAL to care for our ranch and animals. Full time live in person. Must have horse show barn and grooming experience. Knowledge of horses, cattle, cats-indoor and outdoor, dogs etc. Must have experience with tractors and its implements. Yard maintenance which includes flower beds, pulling weeds, mowing, tree pruning, etc. Stall and corral cleaning, all duties that come with livestock and pets, etc. In addition, but not mandatory, loping horses, but will expect knowledge of exercising horses by lunging and round pen. Salary, housing, one bedroom semi furnished apartment, utilities, salary DOE. IN PERSON INTERVIEW AND MUST HAVE OR AQUIRE A TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE, US CITIZENSHIP OR EQUIVALENT, AND PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. THIS IS NOT A TRAINER POSITION THOUGH YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT AROUND HORSES, EXERCISE RIDING MAY BE REQUIRED. EMAIL KQWARNER@ME.COM
