Description:
We have two new extra heavy duty harness leather browband headstalls made by Ron Carlton from Canyon, Texas. They are maker marked on the cheek piece. Ron started building in 1987 and worked for Bob Marrs. He is listed in Old Cowboy Saddles & Spurs by Gretchen & Mike Graham. The have a double buckle adjustment on the cheeks and all stainless hardware. The buckles are attached with copper rivets. The bit attaches with lace leather. The edges are beveled and hand rubbed. This would be a nice headstall to use.

Cheek Piece Width - 1”

Cheek Piece Length – 31 ½” to 39 ½”

Throat Latch Width – a little over ½”

Throat Latch Length – 28” to 35 Ύ”

Leather Thickness – a little over Ό”
