Description:
Wanted - experienced rider for horses with a variety of training....from very broke just needing tune-up to first ride on young horses. Horses will change frequently as they are sold and new ones added. Efficiency is required but not looking for "short-cuts". The objective is a well-broke horse that anyone can ride. We have an indoor barn for winter riding, but the rest of the year we ride outside in the hills. We have our own program and would like someone who can follow a schedule - not looking to hear how your favorite clinician does it. Prefer someone who can get on a horse and ride rather than do endless groundwork. This is a working cattle and horse ranch so you will fill in on a variety of ranch work as needed. Looking to fill the position asap. You will be required to ride and work with some very strong, fast horses (some may buck or have other issues) and must be comfortable doing so.
