Description:
Seeking hard working individual to manage a Guest Ranch. The individual must be real cowboy/cowgirl and be able to convey the real cowboy heritage and history to our guests. Must be able to manage all aspects of a dude ranch and be a people person. Must be able to manage office,cooks,maintenance,cleaning, wrangler personel etc..



* 5 years management experiance on a guest ranch.

* Resposible for 30+ horses

* Will be responsible for guests trail rides on over 5700 acres of land

* Must be able to entertain guests from all over the world.

* Responsible for guests safety

* Must work well with kids

* Must have a good work ethic and be responsible and reliable.

* Must have very good horsemanship skills.

* Must have valid drivers license, know how to repair tack and keep corral & barn clean.

* Will be responsible for all barn duties, trail clearing, fence repairing, feeding etc..

* Must be at least 30 years old, non-smoking and prefer non drinking.

* Must be willing to work long days.

* Job includes, salary, tips, housing, utilities, meals for the right person.
