Description:
Central Montana Ranch seeks an experienced, long term employee. Applicants must have a minimum of three years of actual ranch work experience dealing with cow/calf. No exceptions. This ranch is approximately 10,000 acres of mountain, foothills and flat land. Here we run about 600-650 mother cows and develop our own replacement heifers. We put up approximately 1,300 acres of dry land hay so any applicant should have skills allowing them to operate all types of haying equipment. The ranch uses both 4-wheelers and horses for cow work. There is currently no ranch horses available so personal horses are a bonus. Mechanic and welding skills are a plus but not required. Salary is DOE and housing with utilites is provided. Housing is for single or small family. We do provide beef after 6 months as well as 401K and vacation after a year. Other benefits can be discussed later. Only serious applicants please.
