Description:
A long term opportunity is available to the right person on our progressive, family owned operation here in western Nebraska. Good horsemanship skills required. We have several young colts that need gentle handling skills to train for ranch work. We have NO atv’s, and we do all our moving, sorting, doctoring and extensive AI work from horseback. Duties include all cattle work, calving, haying, fencing, mechanical, welding, training, feeding and windmill work. You will need to know how to turn a wrench and have a general working knowlege of tractors. We need someone who can take direction well, accomplish the task and remember the lesson. Some of our previous employees were 10+ years here and we would be happy to provide references, as we will ask the same of you. Accomodations are available for a single individual. No drunks, smokers or drug users. Females will be given equal consideraton. You will need a valid drivers liscense.
