Up for sale or trade is an R n R Ranch Supply 5 stall mare motel. 4 stalls are 12’x12’ and the 5th is 12’x14’. This barn is fully enclosed with a roof and has electrical. The backs can be opened up and have panels attached to make the stalls larger while still having shade. It can be taken down and put up in a day. It will need new waters. It is currently disassembled and loaded on a trailer ready for delivery. This would make a great income producer for a training or boarding facility.

We are asking $22,000 and we will entertain serious cash or trade offers.
