Hi,

We are a family of five who have been ranching in Southeast TX operating a small commercial heard and a registered herd of cattle. As a family we have experience in cow/calf ops along with registered show cattle and horse experience as well.



Kerwin: I am 30 yrs old and currently an electrician for a pipeline company. I have multiple years of experience with all aspects of the cattle side of the industry. I am also proficient with colt starting/ training horses and AI of cattle. I can weld/ fabricate, operate machinery, build and maintain fencing. I have a strong work ethic and am a self-starter. i also have small business building bits, spurs and other hardware. I have been in the industry my whole life but never the opportunity go full time.



Sydnie: My wife is a homemaker at this time. She is raising or three beautiful children and also homeschooling two of them. She is proficient in accounting and record keeping and also does not mind getting her hands dirty in the field.



The Children: I have a 9yr old daughter, a 7yr old son and a 4-month-old daughter.

the two older children love all aspects of ranching and are proficient riders to boot. They don’t mind helping dad all day perform chores or work cattle. They are excellent children and well mannered.



We are looking for a family friendly operation.

My wife and I want our children to grow up in a lifestyle that is very rewarding and teaches valuable life skills.

If relocated, we are looking for housing on the ranch.



We currently have a few ranch horses and a few dogs we would like to tag along if at all possible.
