Searching for lease property with intent to graze cattle &/or produce coastal hay. Our rodeo business grows & we are needing pasture leases for cattle or bucking horses. Only well-mannered livestock will be grazed with no problematic animals.



Fence construction or repairs can be made and maintained. Ground will be well-kept & fertilized according to soil samples. No over-grazing or destruction of property.



With years of experience in the hay business, we are equipped to farm the land accordingly, improve pastures and bale hay.

We are located in Lipan, TX & looking for leases in surrounding countie, East Texas and some locations in Oklahoma. .
