I am attending pacific coast farrier school may-July. About me: I am 26 years old looking for a full time ranch hand position. I have a wife, and 3 children. We have a border collie pup we have started on flag. One companion dog. Dogs can be inside or outside. I have a green 2 year old filly and a usable small 5 year old gelding. I have a little experience on a cow/calf outfit in the Hi-Line of Montana, but have a lot to learn about cattle/working cattle. I sorted on ground, fall works, pregged, vaccinated, fed in winter. Gathered horseback. I have my class A CDL with experience hauling cattle pots, flat bed, and just about everything else. I am proficient at welding, and used to travel the western US doing repair work/welding at mines and plants. I am very mechanically inclined. I can run tractors and equipment. I ran a mainline utility crew installing sewer, water and storm drain. Not scared to put in a hard days of work. I do not know a lot about haying, but I am willing to learn. Not scared to build and fix fence. Looking for an outfit with housing and a good family environment. Preferably somewhere that uses horses to work their stock(not expecting a full cowboy/riding position) Willing/wanting to learn and ready to work Will relocate to Utah, California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico or Idaho Resume and references both ranch and non-ranch available. 4333 visitors have viewed this ad
