He has been a part of our family longer than any other horse by far and is the best boy around. He has given our 5 year old daughter all the confidence in the world; she has been riding him since she was 2 and has become the rider that she is because of him. If you want a horse that will teach your kid or yourself how to ride and how a horse should act, don’t let Buckstitch pass you by. This guy is as broke as they come, with previous reining training and shown in reining, and done all 4H and rodeo events from team roping to running barrels and poles. He is an awesome ranch horse with tons of go when asked but slow as can be when asked for little kiddos. He is the best trail horse you will ever ride, and you can throw 1 to 4 kids on him and let them go have fun, he will take care of them no matter what they are doing. He is a total gentleman on the ground to be around. He is great to catch, he is like a big puppy that you call his name and he will meet you at the gate - no matter if its a small pen or 50 acre pasture he will come to you. He is solid in every way, he loads and unloads great, good for farrier and vet, super easy keeper with absolutely no maintenance or special care. He is good with other horses, you can pony him or pony others off him great. He is the real deal all around gelding. This gelding will be missed at our home.
