Description:
I am searching for a long term grazing lease within one hour of Galveston County. Water would be a necessity as well as perimeter fencing. I don’t mind doing some fence work to get the perimeter fencing in good working condition. Would like to have a place to implement rotational grazing with hot wire cross fencing, but depending on the water source would be the determining factor on how it would be grazed. Would trade pasture care for leasing rights or for the right price be willing to pay a yearly fee per acre.
