Description:
There really wasn’t a catagory for looking to buy, so I am just putting this in wanted to lease. I would also lease, if someone only wants to sell part of the ranch or shares of the operation and lease the rest to me would be open to buying feeding operations or drylot cow/calf also. Yes i know there are all sorts of realty websites, brokers etc for buying but I find it easier to talk with the owner or family than a salesman. that being said I have been in AG my whole life had cattle and farmed till dads passing about 10 years ago when I was forced to switch to row crop and hay and here 10 years later family sold it anyway. Well I have rambled on enough with pointless details, but looking to buy into or buy a ranching operation and lease part will buy any livestock and equipment thats part of the operation or buy a partner out im not too picky. The 1031 starts in the middle of February I will consider any state just nothing near larger cities.
