Great condition and well taken care of. Enclosed hay pod, mangers, stud stall divider, and walk thru door to LQ. All mats in good condition. LQ is a 17’ short wall with a 12’ super slide. Sofa and dinette fold down to beds. All upholstery in perfect condition. Kitchen has a two stool bar and double sided sink. Two burner stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. Dual access stairs to bed in nose with extra closet for storage at head of bed. Fireplace and flat screen TVs. Shower, sink, toilet, and closet in bathroom. Gas furnace and electric fireplace. AC with ductwork throughout. Electric and gas hot water heater. All window shades are in great condition. Dual hydraulic jacks and enclosed propane tanks. Electric awning. Generator not encluded as servicemen broke machine during service. Trailer has generator pod on roof and is plumbed near the back tack for fuel and wired for the electric start in the LQ. Has been an excellent trailer for our family - pulls great and no issues.
