Description:
The Bar NI Ranch is looking for a qualified individual to join their team in a general construction and maintenance role. The position includes such duties as new construction projects, general repair and maintenance on existing homes and structures and any other similar tasks assigned by management. There is not routine....every day is different. During the fall months, this individual will be part of the elk hunt team. For someone with extensive previous elk archery hunting experience this may include some guiding. All members of the elk hunt team participate in scouting, checking cameras, putting up blinds, retrievals, skinning, etc. This position starts immediately and runs through November 2023 with the potential of some off-season construction work.



It is important that the person filling this role is in excellent physical condition and able to work long hours in various weather conditions. We are looking for a team player that communicates effectively and efficiently with other staff members and our guests. We value team work more than skills and insist on having a good time. However, this is not an entry level position and does require past construction experience with preference given to those that have elk hunting experience in similar terrains. Compensation includes housing (shared - no family housing available and no pets please), meals (shared with other staff), monthly salary depending on experience, share of tips, and performance based season end bonus. If off-site housing is preferred, $300/month can be added to salary to assist in covering the cost of living.
