Boomer is a 8year old buckskin gelding, 15H that sells 100 percent sound. He is as gentle as you can find one. My kids ride him bareback all over the ranch. Boomer has no silly business to him and will be the same horse every time you ride him. He is a solid ranch horse who has doctored tons of cattle. He will go to a cow hard and fast and hold the rope tight while you step off to do your doctoring. He is one hand broke, stops on a dime, he will cross anything you put in front of him Water? no problem! logs? no problem! mountains? no problem! He will do it all!! He has been started on the head side of team roping i have used him as a practice horse in the roping pen. If your looking for a horse for the whole family Boomer will be it! Whether its roping, babysitting the kids. He will stand perfect for baths. My 4 year old son used him in the youth rodeos during barrels and poles events he is perfect in crowds. He can ride out alone or with other horses. He is not a problem being put with other horses he is not a fighter.
