Description:
We are looking for hard working individuals to work in a slaughter house operation in the Texas Hill Country. We are generational cattle raisers that started a meat business in 2020 and have now added a slaughter house to our operation. This operation will mainly serve our personal cattle for commercial and wholesale productions. Experience in a slaughter house would be great, but not required. Knowing your way around a cattle carcass would be a big plus. We are interviewing for all positions but in most need of those trained in cattle carcass breakdown and know how to extract primals and subprimals. Also, multiple positions in the cut and package room.



Pay will be determined on experience. We have a few RV’s for employee housing. It is possible this housing will be shared with others. We do not have suitable housing for a husband and wife (family) team at this time.



Plant is scheduled to open March-April but we have more than enough work available now.
