We purchased this gelding as a weanling from his breeder after owning a full sister. She was a rockstar rope horse and has now retired into our breeding program. “Nirvana” is by Crusin Whiz, limited showing, who is by Topsail Whiz LTE: $49,866 and NRHA $12 million dollar sire. He is out of Dar Hollywood Jenny, a daughter of Gallo Del Cielo LTE:$28,438 NCHA and NRHA $3 million dollar sire. Take note, you will also see Fritz Command and the great Hollywood Dun It printed right on his papers. “Nirvana” is built and bred just right. He is strong and solid, broad across his chest, backed with good foot and bone. At 15 hands and 1150 pounds this gelding is an ideal and versatile size. We have used “Nirvana” extensively on the ranch, he is no stranger to all types of terrain, water, bog, timber, downfall, etc. He knows early mornings and long days. He has gathered and moved cattle in big country, along with being used to help us gather broodmare bands to sort and wean foals. If there is a ranch job that needs done he is the man to grab. While he has spent endless amounts of time outside, “Nirvana” has also made the arena his home. He has been hauled to local team roping jackpots as a heel horse, he makes a good corner and stops hard. He could be hauled full time if someone chose to do so.
