She has been a part of our family since she was 2 years old. She has worked on ranches, been to many brandings, team ropes, reining, dressage, western dressage, jumping, hunter, mountain trails, trail courses, gymkhana, ocean rides, penning/sorting, cutting, bareback, halter, showmanship, hobbles, highlines. Has been used for beginner to upper level lessons, and has been hauled to many different 4H events, open shows and roping competitions. Both my daughter and I have both excelled at these many events due to the ability and willingness of the horse underneath us. She is healthy and an easy keeper. She lives in a herd situation and is toward the top of the food chain below the lead geldings. She does great on a mixture of Local hay, Timothy and Alfalfa, supplemented with vitamins and minerals. Has pretty good feet (Does best if you keep front shoes on due to her sole being a little flatter than desired), great for farrier. The only downside to this mare is she is prone to ulcers, which can lead to some cinchiness. I have learned to manage this well and can stay on top of it. Overall Peaches is a well educated and nice mover that is a joy to ride whether you are out getting a job done or in the ring showing off!
