There are 4 males and 2 females, they’re out of excellent well minded working parents. They have had their first round of shots. They are already showing aggression towards sheep and they’re extremely kid friendly! The farther (Chip) of this set of puppies is owned by Flying U Ranch (Ryan and Tracey Cone) he is used on a 45,000 acre cow calf pair and yearling operation on a weekly to daily bases depending on the busy times of the year. There’s lots of videos available of Chip on there Facebook pages. The grand farther to this set of pups on the mothers side is Beudreaux owned by A-1 Ranch (Clyde and Bobbi Johnson) in Elk Mountain, Wyoming. Boudreaux is one of Clyde’s main ranch dogs, they run a thousand yearlings in the summer along with a cow calf operation. He has also been used in dog trials. The grand mother to this set of pups was owned by the late Bill Melvin, of Sutherland, Nebraska who use to do alot of dog trailing in his younger years and as he got older became one of the top judges in the dog trailing world. Judging the Nebraska State Fair, Phoenix AZ State Fair, Cheyenne WY, and Denver CO many times. He was a rancher in his off time and used dogs almost everyday. The mother to this set pups, is out of Nikki, Bills last border collie dog he owned and last litter of pups he got to to raise. This dogs name is Jane. She is young with that she has been used not the ranch both moving yearlings and cows to corn stalks and cow calf pairs to pasture. She’s a young dog that do to the recent move wasn’t being used as much as needed and came into heat, while working a set of calves and spur of the moment we decided to get a litter of pups out of her. The aggression and mind set these pups show is strong and aggressive, it was a big litter of 11 pups, there were no runts or small pups they have all grown up healthy play’d with daily by our 4 kids and the neighbors kids. With just a little guidance, positive pressure, I honestly believe these pups will go any direction asked to go. They will fit into all climates or territory. They have bloodlines to back them up, and priced accordingly for the kind of hired hand they will become for you on the ranch or farm. With no doubt in my mind they would be great trial dogs to someone who trials border collies as well.
