1420 acres of stockpiled grass available immediately through April 2023, these are 3 different farms located in Grovespring MO Competition Mo and Plato Mo. They all have ponds or creek fed water or wells. We will guarantee winter water. Roughly 1000 acres open. Fences are decent, some new. Will need to be checked. There is a house available if needed for your hired help. We could check on cows for someone if needed or arrange for full time help. Good cover on all farms. These farms are also for sale. They will be put into production next spring if not sold. Hay is available and storage sheds. We can arrange to set up catch pens for transportation and working. We would like to see bred cows or open cows.
