Wow, I don’t even know where to begin..... Ilian is probably the most versatile horse I have ever owned. From his stunning looks, to his amazing personality, Ilian is a total package deal. This boy is the barn favorite, he is so sweet, kind and caring. He has loads of personality, and loves his people. Ilian has zero bad habits in the barn. He stands like a gentleman on the cross ties, and ground ties. He comes to the gate with a whinnie to greet you in the morning. He goes out with a mixed herd as well. Ilian is good for the vet, farrier, trailers, and ties well. Ilian rides english, western, bareback, double, you name it. He is safe for anyone to ride, and puts a smile on his riders face every time. On the trails, Ilian will lead, follow, go alone, or in groups. He crosses water, logs, rocks, and other obstacles with ease. He is safe with dogs running right beside him, bikes, traffic, etc. Ilian has been over night camping, and took care of my friends beginner husband. He can certainly take a joke, and will pack around a beginner all day long. You can even enjoy your beer while riding him! He high lines for camping with no issues. His gaits are “husband approved” smooth! Ilian has also been trail ridden by kids. He loves to play and swim in the water. In the ring, Ilian will w/t/c and pop over fences. He is light and uphill, with beautiful floaty movement. Ilian neck reins, moves off of leg, will ride collected or on the buckle, and you can ride him with out a bridle. He is the PERFECT combination of “whoa and go”. He is safe and quiet enough for a beginner, but has enough vitality to keep an advanced rider busy and happy. Ilian has schooled over cross country fences and proves to be brave and quiet. He does not get strong, and he is honest. He has been to hunter paces as well! Ilian has potential to head in absolutely any direction. I purchased Ilian from out west 2.5 yrs ago. He found a loving home and dabbled in dressage, he lived with his new mom in Vermont for 2yrs. Due to a non-horse related accident, his mom had to give up riding. I purchased Ilian back this past winter and he has been with me since then. I have current video, as well as his video from 2.5yrs ago available. Ilian is a very easy keeper, with great feet, and no maintenance. This boy is just amazing in every way.
