He is a jack of all trades and has done a little bit of everything in his life. Jack is a 10 year old gelding, 15.1 hh and nicely built and well bred. He has belonged to the same owned since he was a yearling but their life has changed direction and he needs a new home. He sells as grade but we do have a copy of both parent’s papers. Check out his pedigree at: https://www.allbreedpedigree.com/jack+345 Jack has been used to push cows on the ranch, has been on long trail rides, has been ridden English and done some small jumps, and has played polocrosse. He will neck rein or direct rein, has a light mouth and an easy stop, and is good on both leads. Jack has one of the smoothest trots ever, one you could sit to all day long and not get sore. He will ride quietly on a loose rein, or will collect nicely if you want to ride English. He is a pleasure to ride out in the pasture, crosses water with no problem, and isn’t spooky. Jack has excellent ground manners and is great for the farrier, easy to catch, and loads well. He needs an experienced rider who will give him a job, he is not for kids or beginners. Jack would make an excellent ranch horse or roping horse, as he’s got speed when you ask him for it. He does best when he is warmed up before being ridden. Twice in his life he has bucked when gotten on fresh, but has not bucked when warmed up before being ridden. Jack is very sure footed and watches where he puts his feet, and will go up, over or through anything you point him at. He can be ridden by himself or in large groups of horses.
