Description:
Well rounded prospect ready to go the way you want. Used to gather and sort at home or check in pasture (not rope and hold yet). No problems walking up to one. Will back in box, score nicely, and trail a calf (no barrier work yet and limited rope work). Will and likes to weave poles. Will reach around a barrel/ on the circle nicely in the long trot. Rates. Will go up the road alone or with another. Has a nice correct stop (really uses his hind to sit). Still has some startle in him if a dog barrels out of the tall grass on a trail ride. Has NOT bucked, kicked, or blown by. Ground ties, stands for farrier (trimmed), loads/ hauls, and bathes nice. Lunges. Ponys. His quirk is his ears - use to be terrible and now bounces between a perfect low head for groom/bridle and an occasional giraffe moment. This horse has some green in him. I have been pleasently suprised in some moments (stood still when our little weiner dog decided he wanted to ride with me - and climbed JJ’s legs). Soft mouthed. Knows what legs and seat mean.
