Description:
Looking for an honest and reliable individual to be in charge of housing maintenance for owners homes and lodge rental on a ranch in Utah.



MUST HAVE an eye for quality and attention to detail.



Experience in all phases of construction:

Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling, remodeling.

Also must have experience in grounds keeping, yard work, landscaping, sprinklers and snow removal.



Looking for an overall "handyman".

Equipment use may include skid steer, mini ex, backhoe, mower, sprayer, etc
