Description:
Duties will be diverse including plumbing, welding, carpentry, water system upkeep, equipment operation and maintenance, fence repair, some horseback work, etc.



The ranch does have a commercial cattle operation which ranch hand will participate in though this is not a cowboy job.



Ranch activities are heavily focused on improvement projects. Candidate should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Attention to detail is a must. We make it a high priority to keep the ranch and facilities clean and looking in top shape at all times.



Ranch hand will work under our ranch manager who lives on site and collaborate with additional staff on other ranches.



This position could work for a single person or family. Small community school nearby. One hour to larger towns. Some possible work available for spouse of a husband/wife team. Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate who wants to work hard and learn.
