He is gentle and has a big, kind eye but is B-R-O-K-E and stops harder than a Prius hitting rush hour traffic. He has been roped on outside and comes with tons of experience doctoring wheat pasture cattle, sorting in the feed yard and dragging calves to fire. He has a solid neck rein, is light in the bridle and easy to ride. Picks up both leads and even rides around bareback!! Will ride out alone, he just drops his head and goes wherever you point him. He is TRAFFIC SAFE and doesn’t have a care in the world about ropes, tarps, lawn chairs or any other “BS” you throw at him. JR is very well made; stands 14.2/14.3 hands, has thick bone & solid feet. This gelding is ready to go work and will be someone’s go-to because he’s just so solid and easy. He’s even roped the calf sled and would make a jam-up horse over night! The possibilities are endless for him and he has a foundation on him that is priceless. He’s easy to be around on the ground, will stand tied quiet all day.
