The pastures are about 95% cleared leaving only a few select areas to provide that privacy from public view as well as shade and shelter for the livestock. Currently fenced and cross fenced into four pastures for livestock rotation with mostly new six wire fences built with T-post and Steel corners on ten foot spacing with 20 foot steel gates. All pastures funnel to the trap that lead towards the barn.

The majority of the property is hidden from public view with a nice rolling topography. Easy access to I-40 and I-44 turnpike to OKC or Tulsa, less than an hour each direction.
